Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

TEAMCare is seeking a PA licensed or licensed eligible Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team of caring and collaborative staff. Your role will be to walk alongside clients with compassion and respect, helping them heal through a partnership.

What You Will Do:

• Provide weekly clinical, therapeutic services to individual patients and families that include individual, family, & group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and work with community providers as needed
• Complete timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts and progress which adheres to standards and regulations as set forth by the Agency, State and the respective licensing board
• Maintain ethical standards per licensure and for performing services in a professional manner that is congruent with the mission and values of the Agency
• Report timely, as scheduled, to client appointments, via non-company provided transportation adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Attendance at regular supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor
