Location: North Naples, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Scheduling service appointments efficiently
• Present maintenance agreements and 10-year extended warranty options to clients in a consultative, customer-focused manner.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
• Providing top-tier customer service to our clients
• Collection of payments
• Renewing membership contracts
• Following up with installation leads
• Monitor jobs for return trips
• Monitor Kohler Management Pro app for any shutdowns

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of customer service and scheduling experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Highly organized & detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or GED

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Service Titan software
• Knowledge of the local service area (Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero)
