Commercial HVAC Sales Representative

Location: Hybrid work from home and meet with clients in Tucson territory

Compensation: $50,000 Base + Commission ($115K-$250K+ Total Potential)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

This role is about building long-term service relationships that drive recurring revenue and lock in customer loyalty.

What You'll Own

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Build and present service agreement proposals
• Manage a clean, active pipeline
• Maintain relationships with property & facility managers
• Coordinate with service teams for contract execution
• Track performance and forecast accurately

• Consistent contract growth
• Strong client retention
• Clean handoff to operations
• Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management

What You Bring

Required:

• 2-5 years sales experience
• Strong communication & organization
• CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• HVAC or service agreement sales experience
• Existing network in commercial property management
• ServiceTitan familiarity
