About the Role
This is a field-based, hands-on training role where you will work directly with experienced technicians to learn installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. You'll gain exposure to chillers, cooling towers, pumps, rooftop units, and other large commercial equipment while developing foundational skills in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and jobsite safety. This position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in advancing into a Commercial HVAC Technician role over time.

What You'll Do
Assist senior technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and chiller systems, support preventative maintenance tasks and equipment inspections, help with basic troubleshooting and diagnostics under supervision, learn how to read gauges, meters, and basic wiring diagrams, maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment, document work performed and support technicians with jobsite communication, follow all safety protocols and company standards while working in the field

What We're Looking For
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades, willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians, strong work ethic and reliability, ability to work in a physically active, outdoor/indoor field environment, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, HVAC schooling or trade school experience is a plus, but not required
