Residential HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on union card

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | overtime available

Job Overview:

• Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Ducted and ductless systems
• Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
• Installing boilers
• Radiant heat and steam systems
• Test and balance systems
• Consult with customers and answer their questions
• Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
• Maintaining a high-quality and timely job performance

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of residential retrofit/change out experience
• Job lead experience
• EPA Type 1 and 2 or Universal Certification
• Experience installing gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits and other residential systems
• Experience installing boilers
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Able to train and supervise others
• Experienced in all HVAC low voltage systems
• Able to lift 50 lb.
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driver's license

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
