HVAC Maintenance Technician | $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30pm to 4:00pm

Job Duties:

• Performing routine and annual maintenance on Commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
• The work is about 50/50 commercial to residential
• Running service and repair calls as needed on AC, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, RTU's, boilers, hot water heaters etc.
• Consulting with customers on repair, replacement and upgrade options

Qualifications:

• 1 + year or annual or routine maintenance experience
• Residential and light commercial experience
• EPA universal
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Have own tools (power drill and hand tools)
• Certification from trade school - Desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
