$25-$29/hr + SPIFFs + Commissions

We're looking for an energetic, people-first CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn conversations into scheduled opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
This is not a "sit back and answer phones" role. You'll be at the center of the action:
- Answer inbound calls and create a standout customer experience from the first hello
- Turn incoming inquiries into booked service appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up, confirm, and maximize opportunities
- Coordinate schedules to keep technicians running efficiently
- Gather accurate customer information so the field team is set up for success
- Stay organized and keep things moving-even when it's busy
What We're Looking For
We want someone who brings energy, urgency, and confidence to every interaction:
- 3+ years in a high-volume customer service or call center role
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to convert calls into booked appointments
- Comfortable discussing and promoting membership/service plans
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
