We're currently hiring an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HVAC - whether you're a recent technical school graduate, have some hands-on experience, or are ready to take the next step in your trade.

What You'll Do: Assist HVAC installers with the installation of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role supports job site preparation, equipment handling, basic installation tasks, and cleanup while learning proper HVAC techniques and safety standards. Ideal for someone mechanically inclined, dependable, and motivated to grow into a skilled HVAC technician.

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• HVAC training or at least 6 months of experience in HVAC maintenance
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School (strongly preferred)
