Experienced HVAC Installation Tech

Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours/week (overtime as needed)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Strong understanding of system design and installation practices
• EPA certification required (NATE certification is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and codes
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Handle ductwork, refrigeration piping, and gas line installation
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and assist with system startups
• Support and guide less experienced team members
