Compensation & Schedule

• $34+/hour depending on experience
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings
• Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Maintain clean and safe job sites from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
• Continuously improve your skills through company training programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (preferred)
• NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within one year)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
