Position & Shift

Casual – Day Shift

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour, varies based on experience.

Role Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of the Human Resources function and play a key role in employee experience, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support - Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Onboarding coordination - Prepare onboarding packages, distribute policies, and support Controlled Goods security documentation.

  • Employee support - Assist with general employee inquiries, vacation requests, and policy questions.

  • HR administration - Maintain employee records, track attendance, and support HR reporting (turnover, absenteeism, vacancies).

  • Engagement & DEI support - Assist with parent‑company surveys, DEI initiatives, and related reporting.

  • Student program coordination - Help manage student hiring, liaise with colleges, and coordinate interviews and offers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
