  • Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams
  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings

  • Maintain a centralized marketing calendar
  • Ensure visibility of upcoming launches and deadlines

  • Track campaign KPIs in collaboration with marketing lead
  • Identify bottlenecks impacting results
  • Maintain visibility dashboards
  • Flag underperforming campaigns for review

Risk & Bottleneck Management

  • Identify delays early
  • Proactively escalate risks
  • Propose timeline adjustments when necessary
  • Coordinate recovery plans when deadlines slip

Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows (email, paid ads, content, social)
  • Experience coordinating remote teams
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal English

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing project management
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing channels
  • Proven record of delivering campaigns on time
  • Strong deadline management
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Comfortable enforcing accountability

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Highly structured
- Timeline-driven
- Detail-oriented
- Clear communicator
- Comfortable holding creatives accountable
- Calm under pressure
- Organized and proactive
- Execution-focused
