Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime)

What You'll Do:

• Perform professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues and provide honest, high-quality solutions to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Low voltage license (must obtain within 2 years)
• NATE Certification (must obtain within 1 year)
• HVAC Trade School Certificate
• Ability to operate scissor and genie lifts
• Knowledge of sheet metal and air balancing
