Location: Sandpoint, Idaho

Pay Range: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician to install heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial properties. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in delivering efficient, code-compliant systems and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Complete ductwork modifications and system startups
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Test systems for safety, performance, and energy efficiency
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain accurate job documentation using a company-issued iPad

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Idaho Journeyman HVAC License required
• Strong understanding of installation procedures and safety standards
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
