B2B HVAC Sales Representative

Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | $100,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earnings Potential

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Occasional Saturday Appointments

Sun Glow Inc. is a well-established and growing HVAC company seeking a driven B2B HVAC Sales Representative to expand our commercial service business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients
  • Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and service solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Participate in competitive bid and design-build opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong self-management and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

  • HVAC, mechanical, or building services industry background
  • Experience with estimating, bidding, or mechanical design
