HVAC Installation Tech

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Bonus Pay for After-Hours Work

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Overtime Available

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration piping
• Test and balance systems for proper performance
• Ensure installations meet local codes and company standards
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with ductwork, refrigeration systems, and gas piping
• Knowledge of low-voltage controls and startup procedures
• HVAC trade school preferred
• NATE certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Ability to obtain St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License within 2-3 years
