Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete ductwork, refrigeration piping, and gas piping installations
• Test and balance systems to ensure proper performance
• Follow local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Experience with ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration systems
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and system startup procedures
• HVAC trade school training preferred
• NATE certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Ability to obtain a St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License within 2-3 years

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
