This full-time opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused, results-driven individual who is comfortable working onsite at customer locations and in retail settings. The role offers fully paid company benefits and combines hands-on optician responsibilities with a strong emphasis on developing new business and expanding existing accounts.

Optikus Mobile Opticians provide onsite fitting and dispensing services to corporate accounts while also helping grow the business. This position is responsible for customer relationship management, scheduling visits, following up on leads, prospecting for new opportunities, supporting presentations to prospective customers, and maintaining knowledge of all optical products we offer. You will travel throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware on a pre-arranged schedule to visit multiple accounts, fit and dispense products, and help expand our customer base.

Job Duties

· Develop new business opportunities and help grow existing customer accounts

· Build strong relationships with corporate customers, program managers, and prescribing doctors

· Assist customers in selecting frames, lens types, and lens treatments that best meet their individual needs

· Ensure proper fit, comfort, and optimal visual acuity for each customer

· Place detailed and accurate eyewear orders through VisionWeb

· Verify customer orders and communicate order updates promptly

· Dispense completed orders and provide excellent follow-up service

· Support presentations and program introductions for prospective customers

Requirements

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an optician

· Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

· Sales experience, including business-to-business sales or business development, strongly preferred

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently

· Dependable, punctual, and professional

· Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

· Ability and willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware
