Part Time Customer Service Representative - HVAC

We are a busy, well-established HVAC company in the Charlotte area looking for a reliable and organized Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a part-time position offering up to 30 hours per week, including work on Saturdays. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and helping keep service operations running smoothly.

Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (includes Saturday shifts)

What You'll Do:

• Dispatch service technicians efficiently and maintain daily schedules
• Schedule return visits with customers when parts arrive
• Manage the on-call rotation for technicians
• Keep the customer database accurate and up-to-date
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scheduling, lead times, and service updates
• Work closely with managers, technicians, and other departments
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing

What We're Looking For:

• Service Titan software experience is required
• Previous dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience
• HVAC industry experience is preferred
• Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte service area or strong map-reading skills
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
