Residential HVAC Installation Tech

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Range: $27-$42 per hour + performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (overtime available)

• Install residential HVAC systems to company quality standards
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and cooling systems
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installations
• Test and balance completed systems
• Train and support junior installers when needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and ductwork
• Understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems
• Ability to read and apply residential codes and safety standards
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor others

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
