Alpine Specialty Services is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Specialist to become the first point of contact for customers and one of the most important parts of delivering the exceptional experience our company is known for.
This is not a scripted call center role, and there is no cold calling. You will work directly with customers through inbound conversations, helping them solve problems, schedule services, understand options, and feel confident choosing Alpine.

About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you will answer inbound customer calls and messages, educate customers on available services, schedule appointments accurately, and create a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, customer care, and the ability to confidently guide conversations while identifying opportunities to provide additional value without pressure or scripted selling.
You will serve as the first impression of the company while helping maintain the service standards behind Alpine's 10,000+ five-star reviews.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfort using computers and multiple systems, confidence in guiding conversations, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
