Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse Worker in our surrey branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and likes to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one
• Unwrapping coil and preparing it for manufacturing
• Moving and loading coil onto machinery
• Wrapping and strapping finished product
• Building pallets when needed
• Assisting the operator as needed
• Tagging and marking required material
• Follow production plans
• Strip coil and assist the Machine Operator
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment

Skills:

• Punctuality
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Adhering to instruction
• Cautious of safety
• Ability to use a computer Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be able to lift comfortable up to 50 lbs.
