What You'll Do

• As an HVAC Installer, you'll:
• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform retrofit installations to company quality standards
• Fabricate and install basic sheet metal and duct modifications
• Ensure proper airflow, system performance, and clean final product
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Work closely with the team to complete installations correctly and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
• Experience with ductwork, airflow, brazing, charging systems, and equipment start-up
• Ability to read installation layouts and wiring diagrams
• Pride in clean, organized workmanship
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a crew
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record
• Leadership mentality and willingness to mentor apprentices when needed
