Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Aide to join our team full-time.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by supporting both housekeeping and laundry operations. Your work plays a critical role in infection control, resident satisfaction, and overall facility excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry and linens
• Ensure proper handling of soiled and clean linens
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to meet resident needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
