Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve movement, confidence, and overall functional ability through hands-on therapy care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with mobility training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance activities
• Support residents in reaching functional and mobility goals safely and effectively
• Monitor treatment responses and communicate progress updates with the rehab team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
