Psychometrist

This position exists to assist the Neuropsychologists in the provision of services to individuals with a variety of presumed or diagnosed neurological and medical conditions and their families in primarily outpatient settings. This individual will administer neuropsychological test batteries under the clinical supervision of a licensed neuropsychologist.

What You'll Do

  • Interfaces with patient and family ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assists with training of new neuropsychology technicians and students
  • interfaces with the appropriate rehab program team members to exchange information and coordinate service as needed
  • Provides and documents testing/assessment to patients in implementing programs designed by the Neuropsychologists
  • Scores and prepares neuropsychological data per standardization and other relevant protocols within established timeframes
  • Makes relevant neurobehavioral observations

Qualifications

Required

  • Must possess a BA or BS in Psychology or equivalent preparation

Preferred

  • Experience working with neurological/rehabilitation populations preferred
  • Training in neuropsychological testing/assessment preferred
