What You Will Do

As a Front Desk Host you will

  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly efficient check in experience
  • Handle check outs and ensure billing accuracy
  • Manage reservations room assignments and special requests
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
