About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Packager to join one of the West Coast's leading cannabis brands at our Lake Stevens facility. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on ensuring products are packaged with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. As part of our production team, you'll be cross-trained in both packaging and filling, giving you the opportunity to learn multiple areas of operations and contribute to overall production goals.

What You'll Do

Packaging

• Accurately package products according to company standards and specifications
• Inspect items for quality, compliance, and consistency before sealing and labeling
• Apply compliance, potency, and identification stickers correctly
• Track packaged quantities and maintain an organized, efficient work area

Filling

• Prepare hardware for filling, ensuring components are clean and properly arranged
• Fill and cap hardware with precision and consistency
• Inspect filled products for defects and compliance before releasing to packaging
• Support the filling team to keep production on pace

Production Support

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the production area
• Monitor packaging waste and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Follow all safety guidelines and industry regulations
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Prior experience in packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to workflow changes and production needs
