As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our Tucson Foothills community. Under the direction of the Facility Director, you will travel between the 6 homes that make up our Tucson Foothills community, cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
This role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience, particularly in a commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or residential care setting, who is looking for stability and growth.
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens
Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages to management
Assist with cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced regularly
Respond promptly to cleaning or laundry requests from residents, staff, and family members
Uphold safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times
Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
2–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings preferred
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Via Elegante can assist)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Memory Care Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
