Staffing Care Pro is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Wound Care Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered wound management in the comfort of clients' homes. What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, including staging, measuring, and evaluating healing progress
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans tailored to each patient's needs
Perform advanced wound care techniques such as wound packing, debridement (based on scope), VAC therapy management, and dressing changes
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and excellence in care
Educate patients and families on wound prevention, infection control, and at-home care strategies
Document all care thoroughly, accurately, and in compliance with home health standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor changes in condition and promptly communicate updates to the clinical team
Promote patient independence, comfort, and safety throughout the healing process

What We're Looking For
Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
Wound care certification (WCC, WOCN, etc.) a plus
Reliable transportation
Strong assessment skills, time management, and clinical judgment
