We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our hardworking, dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a team-oriented, adaptable, and compassionate individual driven to provide A+ patient-centered care!

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Treatment: Perform thorough, gentle prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance. Execute scaling, root planing, and selective polishing as appropriate.

  • Diagnostics & Prevention: Take patient radiographs prescribed by the dentist. Apply cavity-preventive agents, including fluorides and sealants. Administer local anesthetics safely.

  • Clinical Accuracy: Review daily schedules, complete hygiene chart audits, and accurately chart each patient's periodontal health. Update health and dental history forms diligently.

  • Patient Education: Teach proper oral hygiene techniques and communicate treatment plans in a professional, understandable, and empathetic manner.

  • Documentation & Schedule Flow: Accurately record all provided treatments. Partner with the administrative assistant to schedule hygiene patients with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Team Support: Support the clinic by performing other tasks assigned by the office leadership.


Qualifications & Skills

  • License: Active Colorado Dental Hygiene license (Required).

  • Core Skills: Strong communication and top-tier patient care skills. A positive attitude and a true "team player" mentality are essential!

  • Experience: At least one year of experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic new grads to apply.
