Product Marketing Manager

 

Overview

Be part of a results‑driven product marketing organization focused on accelerating the growth of isolved's HCM portfolio. In this role, you will define how our solutions are positioned in the market, strengthen brand and product awareness, and support customer acquisition and expansion worldwide. You'll combine strategic insight with creative execution while working closely with product, sales, marketing, and partner stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain product value propositions and messaging tailored to multiple audiences
  • Develop and maintain go‑to‑market assets including sales enablement tools, solution briefs, whitepapers, videos, and digital content
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market planning and multi‑channel campaigns designed to drive pipeline and product usage
  • Equip sales teams and partners with training, presentations, and competitive insights that support deal success
  • Partner closely with product managers and ecosystem partners to align market needs with product strategy
  • Act as a product spokesperson across internal forums and external channels, including presentations, events, and virtual platforms
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, content strategy, and go‑to‑market execution

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related experience
  • 4+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, consulting, or pre‑sales
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based B2B software
  • Experience with product marketing essentials: campaigns, competitive intel, positioning, pricing/packaging, sales enablement
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, data‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated team player with strong analytical and creative abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
