The Manager of Inventory and Fulfillment is an established position within a high volume regulated Medical and Adult-use
licensed Manufacturer of Infused Products. The Manager of Inventory and Fulfillment is responsible staff management and
for overseeing operations of the Inventory and Fulfillment department whilst working compliantly within state and federal
regulatory frameworks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage department work schedules.
Work with HR to resolve employee conflicts, recruiting new team members and approving bi-weekly payroll hours
of direct reports.
Create and ensure adherence to training protocols and SOPs to assist in training Inventory and fulfillment staff
Work to improve workflow and productivity by Identifying order fulfillment process bottlenecks in advance in order
to maintain 4 business day lead time on order fulfillment.
Maintain Courier schedule spreadsheet and assist in courier scheduling as needed.
Work with manager of extraction to create test sample manifests and ensure samples are ready for pick up by
testing center.
Audit physical inventory against CRM, METRC and inventory spreadsheet to ensure accurate inventory levels
and compliance in METRC
Receive Biomass for processing in METRC and add to inventory spreadsheet
Work with COO and Manager of Processing to develop and improve inventory and production data tracking
spreadsheets as well as KPI metrics.
Maintain spreadsheets for concentrate and biomass inventory tracking and reporting, delivery scheduling, and
Internal processing client menus.
Monitor test results and update spreadsheets with test status once results are received
Work with Office Manager to adhere to and maintain records and SOPs related to compliance and employee
training.
Ensure timely ordering of Fulfillment supplies such as Boxes, METRC tags, etc.
Conduct weekly status meetings with department employees.
Attend department meetings at least every 2 weeks.
Stay up to date with current and future federal, state and city regulatory compliance rules and ensure they are
implemented timely and promptly.
Be available outside of work hours to remedy situations that arise out of unforeseen circumstances, emergencies,
alarm incidents and other urgent matters within the department.
