Gallery of Inspiration Assistant
Part-Time Non - Exempt: 25 hours per week, offering a blend of weekday and weekend shifts to accommodate various community activities. This role allows for flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is a private, charitable, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit behavioral health organization serving the public since 1974. CCC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International and is certified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH).
As a new Gallery of Inspiration Assistant at Community Counseling Center (CCC), you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining art displays, interacting with visitors to provide information and support, and assisting with community events that promote mental wellness and creativity. You will also collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas for gallery exhibits that align with our mission.

To excel as a Gallery of Inspiration Assistant at Community Counseling Center (CCC), you will need a blend of interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills. Strong communication abilities are essential, as you will serve as a point of contact for both internal and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration across programs. Familiarity with basic software tools for scheduling, record-keeping, and outreach is also important; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms will be beneficial in promoting gallery events and activities. Organizational skills will help you manage daily operations effectively, while a creative mindset will allow you to assist in developing engaging art concepts and projects.
You'll need to be adaptable and resourceful, especially when providing coverage for the Program Manager. Additionally, a passion for community outreach and the ability to facilitate art lessons will enhance your ability to create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for all visitors.
