Position Description

The QA/Test Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of system releases through structured testing and validation processes. This role works closely with functional and technical teams to ensure system integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 8+ years of experience in QA/testing for enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Oracle functional testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Perform regression and integration testing
• Track and manage defects using tools (e.g., Jira)
• Validate system functionality and business requirements
• Support release verification and quality reporting
• Maintain testing documentation
