As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between clinical diagnosis and a healthy smile. You aren't just "talking about money"-you are an educator and an advocate:
The Presentation: Clearly and confidently explain dental procedures and treatment plans to patients.
Financial Strategy: Navigate insurance benefits and offer financing solutions (like CareCredit) to make care accessible.
Case Success: Manage treatment follow-ups and "unscheduled treatment" lists to keep the heartbeat of the practice strong.
The Tech: Utilize Denticon to maintain precise financial records and seamless patient flow.
The Expertise: 2+ years of dental experience is required, with a strong preference for previous Treatment Coordinating experience.
The Communicator: You can translate complex dental terminology into "people-talk" and discuss finances without hesitation.
The Closer: You have a proven track record of increasing case acceptance through relationship-building and follow-up.
The Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Denticon is a huge plus!
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Mon–Thu: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Fri: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Enjoy your Friday afternoons!)
