Your responsibilities will include lawn care, landscaping, trash removal, and overall property upkeep. We're looking for a dedicated individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for our residents. This is a part - time position, Saturday-Sunday-Monday, 8 hours daily/24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks
• Ensure lawns, flower beds, and common areas are well-maintained
• Remove litter and debris from the property
• Assist with property inspections and maintenance projects
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident requests
