PRECISION GCC is a best-in-class multifamily construction management company with 33 years' experience of excellence in our niche. We are seeking two Superintendent Intern for our San Bernardino and Pasadena locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and coordination
  • Help monitor subcontractor work to ensure it follows project plans and specifications
  • Conduct site walks with the Superintendent to observe project progress and identify issues
  • Assist with tracking daily jobsite activities and preparing daily reports
  • Help coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
  • Support the Superintendent in maintaining a safe and organized jobsite
  • Assist with quality control checks and documenting completed work
  • Help maintain project documentation, including photos, logs, and field notes
  • Assist with punch list preparation and follow-up
  • Observe and assist with jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination
  • Help track construction progress against the project schedule
  • Support general field administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Learn construction site management and field supervision practices
  • Gain experience reading construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Develop understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
  • Learn jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Observe how Superintendents manage schedule, quality, and field communication

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Enrolled or recently graduated in an undergraduate or graduate program in construction management, civil engineering related field.
  • High school graduate minimum education
  • Basic Computer Skills (Scheduling Programs, Microsoft)
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented
  • Able to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects accurately
  • Ability to quickly and appropriately prioritize conflicting demands

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, bend, reach, stoop and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to work in a pace environment for extended periods of time
  • Able to sit at desk, working on computer and phones for a full workday

Rate of Pay: $20 -$22/hour

Duration: Approximately May 15-August 31 with possible extension

Hours: M-F, Flexible around your schedule, PT or FT, up to 40 hours per week
