A forklift certification is a plus, but not required-we're happy to provide training.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE?
This is a full-time, day shift position, working Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available as business needs require.
In this Production Associate role, you are at the heart of production, starting your day by preparing equipment and reviewing work instructions before cutting and bending tubes or hydraulic hoses to exact customer specifications. You carefully measure tubing using a CMM arm, monitor straightness, ovality, and cleanliness, and make program or setup adjustments to account for material variations. Throughout the day, you document your work according to ISO standards, complete quality inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, collaborate with teammates to meet delivery schedules, and proactively identify and resolve nonconforming product, all while following safety practices and leading by example.
