Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking experienced, dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors.

Position Overview

As an experienced Caregiver/PCA, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety. This role requires confidence in delivering personal care and the ability to manage day-to-day client needs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate communication with care team

Qualifications (Required)

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA
• Strong understanding of personal care and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
