We are currently seeking experience, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aids or Certified Nursing Assistant for Lahey Hospice opportunity in the Watertown/Boston area. This role offers an increased pay rate and consistent 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living 
• Support patients with comfort-focused, end-of-lifecare
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

• Active HHA or CNA Massachusetts Certificate
• Hospice preferred
• Must be available Monday through Friday with no scheduling restrictions
• Reliable transportation
• Communication and compassionate care approach
