Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming poolside environment while delivering exceptional guest service. As the first point of contact, you play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and elevated experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide towel service and assist with seating and lounge setup
• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure a high level of hospitality
• Serve and deliver Food and Beverage orders
• Process sales transactions
• Monitor pool area and enforce rules in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist with hot tub and pool temperature checks
• Regularly tidy furniture and remove debris to ensure a pristine environment
• Identify and report any safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work holidays, weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift and move pool furniture or equipment as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Obtain RBS certification, CA mandatory certification for serving alcohol

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Ability to maintain friendly demeanor when working on fast paced environment
• Stand, sit and walk for long periods of time or an entire shift, repetitive motions, climb stairs, balance, stoop, squat, bend, twist, kneel, reach, grasp and squeeze with both hands.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move, carry, push and pull up to 301bs
