Job Summary

This is a full-time, regular position that supports branch warehouse operations. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will uphold company policies and core values while demonstrating attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming deliveries by unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching items to purchase or sales orders.
• Organize inventory by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Review customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions to determine items for movement, distribution, or shipment.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, placing them on pallets, shelves, or in designated staging or shipping areas.
• Label orders accurately using appropriate methods to ensure correct identification.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and ensuring the work area is safe and orderly at all times.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, or packing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Reliable attendance and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as loading/unloading pallets and handling product movement within a small warehouse space.
