We are looking for a dedicated Enrollment Coordinator to join our East Campus team and help us grow our vibrant school community!
Located in Aurora, our K-12 campus is a place where innovation meets tradition. We offer a supportive, 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday) that respects your time while giving you the chance to make a massive impact. We provide professional development for all staff one Monday per month and additional ongoing training so you have up to date knowledge of what is going on in our community.
As our Enrollment Coordinator, you are the bridge between our school and the greater Aurora community. You won't just be filing paperwork. You will be sharing the Vanguard Story with prospective families and ensuring every student's journey starts with a smile.
Community Engagement & Recruitment:
Be the Ambassador: Lead school tours for interested families, showing off our classrooms and classical culture.
Relationship Builder: Reach out to local preschools and community groups to share what makes Vanguard special.
Family Liaison: Work closely with existing families to help enroll siblings and keep our community connected.
Front Desk & Admin:
First Impressions: Manage the front desk with a welcoming attitude, greeting visitors and answering phones.
Data Expert: Manage the admissions database (K-12) and validate our "October Count" data ensure that every child is counted and recognized.
Record Keeper: Handle student registrations, withdrawals, and records requests from other districts.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required; some college is a plus!
2+ years of office or school experience is preferred.
Spanish language skills are a plus!
