Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently partnering with a heating and air conditioning company in Baraboo, WI to add an experienced, reliable HVAC Installer to join their team.
What's the role?
In the HVAC Installer role, you'll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and enjoys working as part of a team.
What will I do day to day?
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work orders
- Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to local codes
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work site
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous HVAC installation experience
- Technical or trade school training is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
What will my schedule look like?
Employees will start each day at their Baraboo, WI location and travel to job sites in company vehicles. This is a Monday–Friday role with usual hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30–5:30 PM, based on the day's schedule.
