We are seeking experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial construction projects in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standard. Travelers are welcome. Bringing your own crew is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew on commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work meets project requirements, codes, and safety standards
• Manager materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently
• Communicate progress and issues to project managers
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of commercial concrete experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finish, framing, and site prep
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
