The Expo is responsible for coordinating the flow of food from the kitchen to the guest, ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented, and meets Olive & Finch standards. This role performs all FOH Crew responsibilities and leads the expo station, verifying kitchen output against build guides, assembling to-go and catering orders, and communicating with the BOH team to maintain smooth service. As a Crew Level 3 position, the Expo is key to quality control and overall guest satisfaction.
Reports to the General Manager. This position does not have direct reports.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and working at the expo line. Must be able to bend, lift, and move quickly to support service. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
