Community Manager

LSA Management is hiring a Community Manager to lead operations and create welcoming, engaging environments across our multifamily and senior housing communities. This role is perfect for a relationship-driven leader who values customer service, resident engagement, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily property operations and on-site teams
- Manage financial performance including budgets, occupancy, and rent collections
- Plan and host resident events and community programming
- Build strong relationships with residents, with sensitivity to senior living needs
- Oversee maintenance operations and vendor partnerships
- Uphold LSA's service standards and community values
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of multifamily housing experience
- 1+ year as a Community Manager
- Experience in senior housing or age-restricted communities strongly preferred
- Market-rate background a plus
- Proven success creating engaging resident experiences
- Property management software experience (RealPage preferred)
