Full-Time | On-Site | Farmers Branch, TX | Starting Mid-May

We're hiring Large Deal Negotiators to close - not processors, not task‑takers. This role is for someone who can negotiate, push cases forward, and turn overpayments into recovered dollars.

What You'll Do

• Own and advance overpayment recovery cases
• Negotiate confidently with providers to get to the right person
• Drive follow‑ups until refunds are secured
• Hit (and exceed) monthly recovery targets
• Manage your pipeline using Microsoft Office 365
• Work with urgency, strategy, and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Excellent communication + negotiation skills
• Any background in closing large cases or closing large deals

Schedule

On‑site | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No nights, weekends, or holidays
