Essential Responsibilities
Apply industrial engineering principles to support the sale and commercialization of the company's laundry products by evaluating product performance, production efficiency, and customer application requirements.
Analyze customer operational needs and recommend appropriate laundry product solutions based on manufacturing specifications, cost considerations, and performance standards.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure product specifications, production capacity, and delivery schedules align with customer and sales requirements.
Prepare technical sales documentation, including product specifications, cost analyses, and efficiency assessments to support sales proposals and contracts.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for distributors, commercial clients, and internal sales teams.
Evaluate production data, material usage, and operational processes to support pricing strategies and improve product competitiveness.
Provide technical support during pre-sale and post-sale stages, addressing product performance issues and coordinating corrective actions with manufacturing teams.
Collect and analyze market feedback and customer performance data to assist in product improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Assist management in forecasting demand, analyzing sales trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to product design and manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements applicable to laundry products.
